INTO THE FOLD.

I'm back with a whole new round of short n' sweet interviews with some of my favourite bloggers out there; some of which you may already have bookmarked and some perhaps you haven't yet stumbled upon, whichever one, i hope you enjoy getting to know a little more about the people behind the laptop screens. So lets start off with Camilla from 'Into The Fold', her lovely blog is filled with sophisticated, sleek stylin' outfits, photographed with the best backdrops you could wish for, ranging from London to the US, you'll always be kept in the loop with her latest looks no matter where in the world she is! What inspired you to start blogging? 

 My friend actually started a blog, and that put the idea into my head.

What's the meaning behind your blog name?

It was the name of an editorial in American Vogue, and it just kinda stuck with me.

Describe your style in 3 words:

simple, fun, kindalazyalotofthetime

Where do you find inspiration most?

Blogs blogs blogs! I'm always getting uber inspired by bloggers and how they interpret trends and the stuff they write.

What songs do you currently have on repeat? 

 Put Your Hands Up by Nerina Pallot and Vampire Smile by Kyla La Grange (I have a totally random music taste)

What do you like to do when you're not blogging/photographing outfits? 

I stroke my 200 cats and eat from Nutella jars with spoons...and I paint, write, read or design.

Who's your favourite fashion blogger at the moment?

Sandra from 5 Inch And Up!

What 5 items can you not live without?

Food, Vitamin Water, Chocolate, my trusty converse and my entire high heel collection.

What styles are you looking forward to embracing this A/W?

 I'm no good with trends! What's trendy now? I always get confused, because Vogue always tells me that gloves and hats are a trend for winter but surely that's a tad obvious? I just bought a hat that looks like a bears face...pretty excited to rock that.

What are your must-have articles of clothing or accessories right now? 

I'm in the states and off to Hawaii, so right now...a bikini and my sunglasses (which I just broke, so I'm kinda failing on that one already)

HANDFUL OF FASHION.

So i think this is the last of my interview posts, i might do a few more later on, if you've enjoyed them?

This mini interview is with Erika Bowes from Handful of Fashion, i literally couldn't believe my inbox when she replied, true blogger crush. I came across Erika's blog when i signed up to 'Style Journals', her posts are filled with outfits, charity shop finds, parties, DIY projects. Just a general great read, so pop on over if you get a moment!

What made you start blogging? 

I've been addicted to checking fashion blogs everyday and getting inspiration from people such as Rumi Neely and Olivia Lopez.

What's behind the name of your blog?

I don't actually know, I guess it just came to me while thinking of a name!

Describe your style in three words. 

Floral vs Spikes. (I like pretty and grungey things mixed!)

Who's your favourite fashion blogger at the moment?

 Hmm I'd have to say Rumi Neely, she's my all time favourite, even though our fashion is quite different I just love that fact were both half Japanese half White and her post and pictures are really interesting!

What three items can you not live without?

My iphone, studded bracelet and bright lipstick.

What styles are you looking forward to embracing this summer?

I don't actually look for summer clothing that's 'in' i'd just prefer to buy what I like!

AMANDA BROHMAN.

Back with another interview post, Amanda Brohman's blog is literally heaven. It's on my bookmarked blog list which i check out everyday because without fail, there will be a new post to read. I admire Amanda's style and how she puts pieces together, as well as of course her amazing collection of Jeffrey Campbells! Her blog is an inspiration and i urge you to check it out if you haven't already discovered it.

What made you start blogging? 

 I haven't been interested in fashion for a very long time but when I started my blog in September 2010 I had begun to experiment with different styles and clothes and I loved it, so I wanted the "rest" of the world to know about it.

What's behind the name of your blog?

 Myself, haha. I never thought about having a different name for my blog then my own name because this blog is about me and my life in style. Now I kind of feel the urge to re-name it, though. I might, in the future. 

Describe your style in three words. 

Vintage, sheer, romantic.

Who's your favourite fashion blogger at the moment?

The Cherry Blossom Girl , because she and I have the same sense of style and the same interest in photographing so she's a great inspiration to me! 

What three items can you not live without? 

I can live without most things. But it would be awful to live without my camera, my iPhone or my Jeffrey Campbell "Foxy" shoes at the moment. 

What styles are you looking forward to embracing this summer? 

 I think I love the current 70's trend, so I will definitely do more of that. But also I will improve my romantic/vintage style even more. Just keep creating styles, because that's what  I like about fashion! 

Back to school tomorrow, i don't think i've dreaded anything more, exam season literally starts in 14 days, my knees are shaking! Posts may be a bit sparse because of this, so just a heads up :)

KAORIANNE.

I figured amongst all the revision, i better do some serious blogging this holiday! So i've decided to do some mini 'interview' type posts with bloggers that i love. First up, is the wonderful Kaori from KaoriAnne. Her blog is filled with many a inspirational outfit, cute hauls and tales of her day, so check it out when you get a chance!

What made you start blogging? 

I was reading blogs before I started my own one and after months and months I just caved in.

What's behind the name of your blog? 

It's my name. My parents gave me two names when I was born (one japanese/one english) so that when I turned eighteen I could choose between the two, but I like how they sound together (and I was too lazy to think of a fancy/witty blog name! hehe)

Describe your style in three words.

Simple, comfy and neutral. 

Who is your favourite fashion blogger at the moment? 

Oh that's tough. But i'd say Erika's blog.

What three items can you not live without?

Oh geez, only 3? I'd have to say my black topshop wedges (so great for a night out, or for school), tank tops from AZUL by moussy (they're simple tank tops which I wear underneath almost everything) and h&m leggings. I know they're are quite simple choices but my outfits would completely malfunction without them!

What styles are you looking forward to embracing this summer? 

I was never really into maxi dresses but I bought my first one recently and I can't wait to buy more. I'd also like to stock up on mocassins since they look quite cute with any summer-y outfit.
