NEW IN: JUJU

JuJu jellies, £20, Topshop
Last summer I "ummed" and "arrrred" about getting a pair of jelly shoes, but typically our little Island didn't stock a single style and although I contemplated ordering a pair online, I really wanted to try them on and see how they looked before committing! When I was over in London last month I saw these clear-glittery-hunks of jelly and couldn't leave them behind. I opted for the non-heel ones, purely cause I don't want the added height and i'm not the most graceful even in the lowest of heels! Can't wait to wear them with cute socks, definitely a summer essential!

Are jelly shoes your cup of tea too? Or a fashion fad you can't wait to see the back of?

NEW IN: TIE DYE JEANS

Elephant bracelet, Silence + Noise Cloudy Ankle Jeans

I've kinda been wooed over with tie dye. Initially i felt nothing towards the psychedelic rainbow patterns - possibly because i've done enough tie-dying to last me a life time in Textiles - but now, the new twist of pastel sweet colours and faded out dyes has kindled a small yearning towards all things tie dye. I had to restrict my purchase to a single pair of jeans on UO otherwise i'd of bought the socks, crop top and jumper too!

would of taken some photos with these beauties on, but literally as soon as i snapped these photos it clouded over and started drizzling... where's summer? is it coming this year?! So i'll upload some when the weather's a tad better

hope you're all well

NEW IN: CHARITY FINDS, RAYBANS, WOODEN CROSSES.

Thought I’d update you guys on a few new items in the wardrobe. I found this really cute sleeveless shirt with dainty embroidery and buttons when I went charity shopping yesterday. I’ve been looking for one for a while now, you can just throw it on in the summer with a pair of high-waisted shorts and you’re good to go! With christianity being all the craze and every shop stocking a range of cross jewelry, I thought this wooden version from Miss Selfridge was a fresh variation, so snapped it up.  And now we come to the sunglasses… the Ray-Ban 3447 sunglasses, which leave me praying every morning that the sun will shine so I can wear them! I love them so much, the round Lennon-esq shape made my heart melt and it’s nice to finally own a pair of proper sunnies!

Hope you’re enjoying Easter,

xx
